- If the product has not been shipped, we will provide a full refund upon receiving your return request.
- If the product has been shipped, returns will not be accepted unless there is a quality issue with the item.
- For return requests due to quality issues, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods and send relevant videos or pictures as evidence.
- Returns will not be accepted after the 3-day period has expired.
- Handmade customized products (such as customized puzzles, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged due to their exclusive design and production.
- If the return is due to customer reasons, the freight shall be borne by the customer; if the return is due to quality problems, the freight shall be borne by our company.
- If you have not received the refund, you can check your bank card again, as refunds have a processing cycle and take some time. You can also contact your card - issuing bank to inquire about the specific duration. For any other issues, you can also contact us via email.
